Guarantee
• Post all banners within ten (10) business days of contract start date.*

• Deliver a completion photo within 10 business days of completing the initial posting.

• Repair display defects, within 10 business days of notification and add days to contract as warranted.

• Visually inspect for tears and vandalism of each truck display every work day. Just like airplane pilots, truck drivers are required to inspect their truck before pulling away from the dock.

• Immediately following any major storm activity, each display that might have been affected by the storm, will be visually inspected for damage.
 

Our Supporting Commitments
• TRUCK ADS® Outdoor Media will provide an acceptable time adjustment for all units not installed within the guaranteed date.

• Advertiser will be notified in the event the creative has not arrived 15 days prior to contract start date.**

• Advertiser is contacted and informed of display defects and repair status. Our time adjustment promise insures advertisers receive all the help we can possibly give them.

• Within ten (10) business days of the completion of the initial posting or any copy changes, TRUCK ADS® Outdoor Media will send completion reports to the advertiser or its agent providing, the date of completion.

• TRUCK ADS® Outdoor Media will provide one (1) unaltered photograph of each truckside ad upon completion of the posting.

• With each copy change out TRUCK ADS® Outdoor Media will provide one (1) unaltered photograph of the new creative upon completion of the posting.

• Advertisers can view their Proof of Performance Reports online at truckads.com. Please contact your media sales representative for further details and access.
